THOMAS MOLNAR, P.E.

Thomas Molnar, P.E. has over 25 years of experience in engineering design for land development, telecommunications and Municipal capital improvement projects. His experience includes working with public agencies, private developers, corporations, and local communities to meet the client’s needs. He has provided expertise in site engineering evaluation studies, conceptual land use studies, site engineering, storm water management design, utility design, synthetic turf sports field design, public bid document preparation and regulatory approvals.

At YU & Associates, Mr. Molnar is a project manager overseeing work performed by personnel from the Civil Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering disciplines. He strives for technical excellence, readability, and service responsiveness in delivering a final product that exceeds a client’s expectations.
