PROJECT MANAGER

Ms. Ascrate Sullivan has thirteen years of experience in all aspects of civil site development, roadway design, construction staging, pedestrian and vehicular traffic re-routing, site inspection, utility engineering, survey data analysis, schedule coordination, landscape architecture, roadway geometry analysis, parking mitigation, maintenance of traffic, grading design, and signage. Her projects focus on roadway design, utility engineering, traffic studies and sustainable design, many of which were completed for the NYCDDC and NYCDOT. She is familiar with NJDOT, NYCDOT, NYCDDC and PANYNJ standards and project procedures. Ms. Ascrate Sullivan has the background and knowledge of working with the PANYNJ, particularly the aviation and traffic groups and understand their standards and approval processes.

Ms. Ascrate Sullivan responsible for training and coordination with all disciplines and their designs. She adapts quickly to the critical needs of a project, manages her team to complete work within schedule. She consistently takes on new challenges to help strengthen her expertise, her team’s knowledge in all areas of engineering design. She has developed a knowledge base that includes several types of design techniques, hand graphic skills, computer applications, design implementation methods and professional practice approaches.
