JOANNA FERENC

Joanna Ferenc has been with YU & Associates since September 2014. She is currently the Accounting Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s internal accounting department, working closely with principals and staff to prioritize and continually meet the firm’s related goals and deadlines.

Ms. Ferenc manages all internal accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing, overhead calculation, and bank reconciliation. She reviews general ledger and financial statements for accuracy and reasonableness. She possesses a strong balance of technical and leadership skills and works with her team to align internal systems to meet the needs of clients and employees.
