The proposed 9-story Ambulatory Care Center is being constructed adjacent to an exsting 21-story hospital building to the north and a residential building to the east. As a subconsultant to the Architect, YU & Associates (YU) provided site/civil engineering design, geotechnical engineering services and constructon support. Stormwater management, utility connections, groundwater management, and proximity to existing structures are key engineering and construction concerns.
YU prepared site plans and specifications for permit application, bidding and construction. YU performed a subsurface investigation which included pumping tests and prepared a foundation evaluation for the project. YU provided Construction Administration services, including review of contractor submittals.
